This race in Ankeny will be a good one to kick off our running season.  The 5K will start and end at Ankeny Christian Academy, and the 9:00 start time is runner friendly.   This race will be a first-time for us, but we are optimistic that the parking will be easy and close.  These perks are nice:  FREE food, awards, inflatables, face painting, balloon animals.

We would love to have numerous Team RunFree and Synergy teams at this race. Time to start running !   

We looove a good fun run, and we hope to see many of you on April 25th at Dewey Park in Johnston.  We'll even supply some fun breakfast entrees to make the morning more special. Parking is very close, and the shelter house is right next to the trail - all the things we love.

These fun runs are casual and social team outings.  Run a little, stop in for some breakfast, mingle - and maybe run a little more.  We'll run from 9 til 11, but Captains and Synergy Athletes are free to leave whenever you are ready.  Don't miss out on this great morning of running ... and socializing.
