Another great 5K race we have run for many years.  It starts and ends at Hope Church in West Des Moines.  Access and parking are great.  Might be a hill or two during this one, but it does finish on a downhill.  :)   We have been fortunate to medal a few times in previous years.  And, they have some fun giveaways after the race.  This is a fun event.

A long time popular race for our team, and we will be running the streets of Adel again this year.  The route will be slightly different due to street construction, but will start and finish in the same area you are familiar with.  It does have an early start of 7:30 (sorry) because of the parade which follows after.  We do have a reserved spot available for viewing the parade for our TRF and Synergy family.  It's gonna be a great morning.

Our fun run earlier this year was rained out, so we are doing it again at a great 'new' location - Terra Park in Johnston !   TRF and Synergy folks - sign up and show up for fun and casual running in a great setting.  Nice access, parking, trails AND a shelter house.  Plus, we will have plenty of breakfast entrees and beverages ... and maybe some prizes and gifts for our Captains and Synergy Athletes.  

Also, this is a GREAT time to invite someone who may be interested in joining our team as a Captain or a Synergy Athlete.
