Our fun run earlier this year was rained out, so we are doing it again at a great 'new' location - Terra Park in Johnston !   TRF and Synergy folks - sign up and show up for fun and casual running in a great setting.  Nice access, parking, trails AND a shelter house.  Plus, we will have plenty of breakfast entrees and beverages ... and maybe some prizes and gifts for our Captains and Synergy Athletes.  

Also, this is a GREAT time to invite someone who may be interested in joining our team as a Captain or a Synergy Athlete.

We would love for this to be our biggest and best running event this year - come be part of it !

We like this race, and have run it a number of times.  It's a great one for our team.  Good parking and location - Raccoon River Park in WDM, annnd a friendly start time of 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 29th.  We also like supporting worthy causes, and this race checks that box.  This race was a late addtion to our schedule, as is didn't show up earlier.  If you want in, sign up right away!
