We looove a good fun run, and we hope to see lots of you on May 30th at Gray's Lake in Des Moines.  We'll even supply some fun breakfast entrees to make the morning more special. Parking is great, and is right next to the trail - all the things we love.

These fun runs are casual and social team outings.  Run a little, stop in for some breakfast, mingle - and maybe run a little more.  We'll run from 9 til 11, but Captains and Synergy Athletes are free to leave whenever you are ready.  Don't miss out on this great morning of running ... and socializing.  We will have plenty of breakfast entrees, and of course - coffee.  

Our spot will be on the north side of Gray's Lake.  Turn in from Fleur next to the river.  Follow that road east for a short distance - a little beyond the beach.  The parking lot there is where we will be set up.  You will see the TRF truck.

Annnd ... we will have a nice gift for each Captain and Synergy Athlete who signs up and comes.  Plus, we'll have a couple drawings for prizes - Navigators and Guides are also included in this fun.

Our annual 5K race (and 2 mile walk) is back !  Many of you have been a part of the fun in previous years, and we hope to have a lot of teams - including Synergy - again this year.  Street construction prevents us from using our 'normal' route this year.  So, we built a route near Evans Park towards the south end of Adel. The fun part is that we are holding the parking lot for our teams, so you will be able to park close.  Other than a new location (likely this year only), it will be similar to previous years.  Sign up and be part of the fun !
